Shipping & Returns

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of shipment from our facility. Please ship using a trackable and insured method with Signature Confirmation. We are not responsible for lost return shipment, so please take care and insure. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, with gift packaging, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 14 days.

All sales are final for engraved and custom orders.

Items that have been sized, engraved, or modified in any way whatsoever, may not be returned.

Custom orders, loose stones and loose pearls, may not be returned.
